If there was a history of attacking military targets in the
past, I suppose one could make the case. But we both know
that the terrorists only goal in palestinian suicide bombing
is to kill as many israelis as indiscriminately as "humanly" (poor
choice of words) as possible.

We all know that if they had even a single warning about a suspected Palestinian bomb-maker, they would kill him and anyone around him at the time, without trial and without delay.

An Israeli bomb maker however, well, wouldn't want to "jeopardize his future"!
