Prime Minister Ariel Sharon intends to dismantle all the settlements in the Gaza Strip, despite his defeat in the Likud party referendum held earlier this week on his disengagement plan, Deputy Prime Minister and Industry and Trade Minister Ehud Olmert told Army Radio on Friday morning.
"If he
pull out from ten settlements, will Uzi Landau and Yisrael Katz support the plan because it is partial? Uzi Landau will not support anything - whether in the framework of an agreement of without an agreement."
On Thursday Sharon said that he was "determined to carry out the disengagement plan as is, without changing its main components."
In a meeting with EU ambassadors Sharon said that updating the disengagement plan will take several weeks, during which he will hold consultations with all of his cabinet ministers and a number of Knesset members, in order "to overcome obstacles."

P.S. The Likud referendum was not the national consensus.
