Amnesty International's newly-released annual report criticize Wednesday the deaths of around 200 Israelis, at least 130 of them civilians and including 21 children, who were killed in suicide bombings and other "deliberate attacks" by Palestinian militants.

This "deliberate targeting of civilians by Palestinian armed groups," the report says, "constituted crimes against humanity."

These should go to the highest court. The "war crimes" are a result of the crimes committed against humanity by Palestinians. War crimes, regretfully, happen in every war. What could have been avoided under the circumstances difficult to know.

I just understand the difference between an israeli defensive action
against palestinian terrorists that can lead to innocent kids being killed and the use children as "cannon-fodder" by terrorists by

a.putting kids in front of a miliary action
b.using kids as "mules" to deliver suicide bombs
c.indoctrinating kids with hatred then using them as propaganda tools
when they are killed.

versus

Blood sucking terrorists that TARGET a pregnant woman and her kids riding in a car and then ,reportedly video-tape them as they were dying.
