At least 11 Palestinians who were arrested or abducted by various Palestinian Authority security services remain unaccounted for, according to a report published Monday by a Palestinian human rights group.
The report found that the PA General Intelligence in the West Bank, headed by Col. Tawfik Tirawi, was responsible for the disappearance of seven Palestinian detainees.

According to the report published by the Palestinian Independent Commission for Citizens' Rights, the fate of another three detainees remains unknown because it's not clear which security force was holding them.
The report said most of the detainees were either kidnapped by "unauthorized" PA security personnel or summoned under false pretexts to the offices of the security forces. The report is based on testimonies provided by families of the missing detainees.
