Israel Takes Vengence For Severed Head (Guardian)
http://www.guardian.co.uk/worldlatest/story/0,1280,-4343979,00.html

This is my first post in the Israel/Palestine forum. I do have one comment for the above article:

They had it coming to them.

1. Yeah, defending your country from invasion is dispicable.
Bastards.

2. Some interesting details from the article.
It said the missile pulverized a section of Gaza City. It also said that two Palestinian militants were killed, but it doesn't say how many innocent bystanders were also killed. You don't pulverize a section of a city with a missile and limit the fatalities to two.

Also, the article said that the missile was aimed at a man "believed to have" displayed a severed head on the TV.

So I take "They had it coming to them" with more than one grain of salt.

3. Who had what coming?
If you think a Jew deserved beheading, I disagree.
If you feel Zionists have the right to collectively punish
innocent Palestinians, perhaps your handle is no coincidence.

4. I feel that the criminals who held the bodies for ransom
had it coming to them.

5. Even accepting that,
are you sure they're the ones who got hit by the missile? Are you sure they're the only ones who got hit by the missile?

7. I'm speaking very narrowly, of the criminals only.
I'm ASSuming that they were the culprits.

6. Innocent Bystanders?
Ever heard of em?

So let's say there are terrorists in this building that I am currently in. Let's even say there were 20 terrorists in this building (10 times as many as they were going after here). Would it be ok for our government to come in with attack helicopters and launch a missle into the building?

You don't know, and they don't know, if an innocent human being was affected by this military operation in a CITY. These are acts of war, and acts of war carried out by an occupier in a residential area.

These acts make me ill, and only reinforces those they are trying to stop (the terrorists).
