Wait a minute..what the hell am I saying? I forgot that Sharon was PM of Israel there,for a second..he who prefers to negotiate with helicopter gunships & flechette-shell toting tanks..

With Condi/Bush/Sharon running the show,whatever the Palestinians
do,any I/P conflict resolution has been indefinitely parked,I can't imagine that Abbas will be invited to the White House,or there'll be any upcoming conferences,or serious negotiations, &tc..

3. They should still take part in the election. The elections
are a way to express their opinions without being violent. I'm not saying they shouldn't defend themselves...but I find it hard to believe they have the best interests of their own people at heart by refusing to vote in the elections. I think they think they won't win (or at least they will lose "power" and some legitimacy). Otherwise, why not get in there and see what happens.

4. Quite frankly.....
i dont believe any terrorist group should be allowed to

vote....until they renounce terrorism....AND ACTUALLY MEAN IT.
