Israeli soldiers arrest Palestinian with explosives

Israeli soldiers arrested a Palestinian man carrying explosives needed to make a homemade bomb at a checkpoint in the northern West Bank.

The man was detained at the western exit of the Palestinian city of Nablus. Palestinian witnesses said soldiers destroyed the bag he was carrying.

An Israeli military source said the 28-year-old Palestinian was carrying five bottles wrapped in duct tape, gunpowder, nails and shrapnel, which he intended to make into a larger explosive device.

So this guy walks up to a military checkpoint, knowing that he'll be searched, carring a bag full of bomb making supplies and an Israeli military uniform. That's no terrorist-- that's a comedian.

3. I think, a lot of kids might be forced into this. They don't

want to die and they don't want to hurt people. But, they get money, whatever, plus of course promises of glory and 72 virgins.

There's another article in this forum, about a young boy who also got caught with explosives. His parents are furious with the people who tried to kill him and so hurt that people would think THEY, his parents, were responsible.

PS, I wish there were more "comedians" like this one, also in Iraq. The world has enough sorrow.
