That the bush administration doesn't give a damn who they kill or how many they injure to get what they want.
Americans are mostly OK with this as long as they think that this only applies to foriegn countries, or minorities, or "the bad people.'
If someone suggest that it applies to virtually everyone then watch out. out come the pitch forks and the torches.
We see the same kind of fear and loathing reaction to the same "unthinkable" thoughts right here on this board on a daily basis.
