Doolittle Do Less or Do Nothing At All

In the wake of the attack on Pearl Harbor the President pressed the military for some sort of retaliatory strike against Japan. Jimmy Doolittle proposed launching a flight of B25 bombers from the deck of an aircraft carrier to attack mainland Japan. The plan was to launch the 16 planes 500 miles from the Japanese coast the planes would bomb Japan and then continue on to land in China. The planes were to use a navigational beacon to find the landing zone in China but the beacon didn’t arrive in time and the flyers were left to fend for themselves.

With the force still 100 miles out from the take off point the carrier was spotted by Japanese picket boats and they were quickly sunk by the cruiser Nashville. With America’s battered fleet the loss of a carrier was unacceptable so it was decided to launch the raid early. The 16 planes with Doolittle in the lead reached Tokyo at dusk, they had expected Japanese resistance to be fierce with fighters and anti aircraft guns. But strangely not only weren’t they attacked by fighters in the area they weren’t even fired on by anti aircraft guns. After all the bad luck they had endured they now encounter incredible stroke of good luck. Tokyo was in the middle of holding a military preparedness drill with a mock air raid.

It was impossible for the Japanese to determine from the reports coming in what was going on, were the reports of aircraft real or part of the drill? The gun crews on the ground were afraid to fire fearing as well the planes were part of the drill. Even the command structure was blindsided unable to determine witch reports were part of the drill. With this incredible stroke of luck they achieved complete surprise with no way of having gathered this intelligence in advance this was an incredible stroke of good fortune.

September 10, 2001 the United States Air force begins a training exercise code named Vigilant Guardian the exercise was designed to test national air response systems involving hijacking scenarios it was being managed by military and CIA personnel from it’s office four miles from Dulles airport. The exact scenario? Hijackers have taken control of a plane and are planning to crash it into the National Reconicense office in Washington, was history repeating itself? Or deja vue all over again? What did the President tell you “No one could have expected hijackers to use aircraft as missiles”

But wait there’s more, this wasn’t the only exercise Vigilant Warrior and Northern Vigilance simulating aircraft incoming from Russia but wait there’s still more Norad acknowledged using a least one aircraft in a live fly exercise that day. This is an amazing coincidence Jimmy Doolittle’s stroke of luck flying into Tokyo in the middle of one air raid drill times 4 yet the 9/11 hijackers fly into 4 air raids drills on the same day at the same time all running scenarios involving hijacked aircraft its like drawing four aces four times in a row!

Our leaders? We all know the President was off showing us what a nice man he was reading to schoolchildren and that Mr. Cheney was holding down the fort in the White House and Don Rumsfeld? In a most amazing feat of precognition, more amazing in fact than four air defense hijacking scenario drills running simultaneously Donny the swammy was in the Pentagon giving a lecture to Congressman about the need for America “To be ready for the unexpected” That statement is unprecedented in American history for precognition, it sounds like something a magician would say doesn’t it. If Don had been in the wheelhouse of the Titanic he probably would have said, “Better keep a sharp eye out for icebergs!” I wonder if he would he have told President Kennedy “If you go to Dallas keep your head down!”

All this has been fully investigated right? What does the 9/11 commission say about such goings on? Phillip Zelikow Executive director for the 9/11 commission states
“The 9/11 commission has classified certain war games running on 9/11 so the commission can’t address them publicly.” Ok, that’s understandable I guess you wanted to tell the President about it first and maybe Condelesa Rice because it was sure a news flash to them.

The air force planes to guard the northeast corridor are in Canada (Northern Vigilance) on exercises and the planes that are scrambled are sent to the wrong location well that’s perfectly understandable what does the FAA know about directing aircraft? No one who should know what’s going on knows what’s going on. But Don Rumsfeld is advising Congress “To be ready for the unexpected” In a strange twist serial killers often leave clues for the police to follow they do it as a way to prove to themselves they are smarter than the police and some are never caught no matter how obvious the clues they leave behind.
