Saudi Prince Blames 9/11 on U.S.

Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan blamed al Qaeda's Sept. 11 attacks on the United States' failure to consult the kingdom's security authorities in a "serious and credible manner."

"Saudi security was actively following the movements of most of the terrorists with precision," Bandar, the national security advisor to Saudi King told the Arabic satellite network, Al-Arabiya, Thursday.

1. Not exactly a trustworthy source
but if true one must wonder how Saudi security was able to track the alleged hijackers since they were in the US at the time.

Would terrorists (Nawaf al-Hazmi and al-Mihdhar) associated with the Cole bombing truly be dumb enough to use their real names? I would say no. If they were terrorists but were being protected it still doesn't make sense. Fake names would have made it much easier to protect them from arrest.

If these two people were actually undercover GID agents then that would explain why the intelligence failure story makes little sense. Why would someone have named them al Qaeda hijackers? Perhaps to tie up loose ends. They knew too much.

but not the whole truth.

Of course he could have helped to stop 9/11...but he didn't want to.

He was in cahoots with Bush-Cheney to help it happen.

On edit: or being used by them to help it along.
