RNC 9/11 video shows footage never seen before?

Has anyone seen the rest of this footage posted anywhere on the web showing close up damage of the Pentagon after the attack? At the 1:32 mark there is close up hand held video footage of the Pentagon. This video which the RNC apparently owns could shed a lot of light on the plane that hit the Pentagon and conspiracy theories in regards to the attack. At the 1:40 there is a different camera that zooms in on the Flag unfurling. At the 2:09 mark in the RNC promo vid people are clearly in the hole in the Pentagon so this must be official government footage. Where the hell is the rest of this video in it's entirety?

3. I do know that for the 2nd hit, they took a rare shot of that event and cut out the plane

so it wouldn't surprise me if they used rare Pentagon footage and cut it oddly.
