they had to check and see that the building was structurally sound

That's what the civilians in this country are. If they ever GET that...maybe it will make a difference.

That's right..those deaths were necesary to fuel an agenda, an ideology..greed..maybe even THEY believed it was "for the best" it doesn't matter the reason..it matters that it's all a lie..those deaths on 9/11 were deemed acceptable. And yes, America is responsible for many more deaths all over the world all the time BUT you'd think your own goverment using you as collateral damage might mean more.

And for all the arguments-Bush knew, he didn't know.. that doesn't matter either to me. SOME very high up knew. And Bush et all certainly covered up and continue to cover up(Sibel Edmonds).. that's the treason right there.

There's still no one book or place on the web I can point to as having added up all the evidence on what happened to the WTC as well as it needs to be done. Professor of Philosophy of Religion at Claremont School of Theology, David Ray Griffin, author of "The New Pearl Harbor" (charges that the neo-cons and PNACers either intentionally engineered 911 or at least were complicit in purposely allowing it to happen to get another Pearl Harbor type event) and "The 911 Commission Report: Omissions and Distortions" (examines the obfuscations and distortions of the official 911 Commission's report) was on C-SPAN's Book Report today, Saturday April 30, in a delayed broadcast of his recent appearance before an enthusiastic, sell-out crowd at the University of Wisconsin explaining why he was reluctantly forced to conclude that it is very likely US government agencies were involved in carrying out 9.11 and participated in the subsequent cover up operation.

It should be noted that ex-FBI translator and whistle blower Sibel Edmonds is also still refusing to sit down and shut up (in spite of the corporately controlled media's best efforts to ignore her and her courageous fight not to be silenced) and keeps insisting that the public has a right to know that high ranking US government agency figures and politicians are linked to the 9.11 attacks.

I finally got my act together to post to the first David Griffin thread, and I sunk the thread, then I go to post to this one, and it's moved!!!! You'd think it could be considered general discussion for a little while?

But I'm gonna paste my other post anyway,

but after this presentation today, I would like to say that I hold three things of utmost importance for our "political" survival as a country. (Environmentally is a whole 'nuther issue).

The first is that if we can't get the majority in this country to realize that 9/11 was MIHOP, we are lost. I truly feel that this understanding is at the root of any real change in this country's psyche.

The second is that if we can't get the majority in this country to understand that there is NO mainstream American "news", we are lost.

The third is that if we think any vote really counts until we go back to paper ballots, we are lost.

I've read much about 9/11 (including Griffin's first book), but his talk today was such a ray of hope, that I hardly dare to breathe, for fear it will go away.....

That he could articulate MIHOP so clearly, and succinctly, without presenting some of the more "hard to believe for many" arguments, was beyond wonderful.

I thought one of the best parts of the discussion was how he responded to the eternal question of "how could so many keep it quiet?". Gave me some great ammunition for discussions when I get stuck on that point with a non-believer.

I think this program could go a long way in shedding the light where it has needed to shine for YEARS.

Thanks to D.R.Griffin and the folks who posted that this show would be aired, for those of us who don't keep up with what is being presented on "TV".

I've passed around lots of 9/11 material that never got read (I feel sure), but today's program packs a undeniable wallop in a short time, which is a good thing, I believe.

Griffin asked why the Secret Service didn`t move Bush out that Florida classroom IMMEDIATELY. Didn`t they assume that Bush might be a target? One tower had already been hit and for a little while there were rumors of planes that were unaccounted for. Why didn`t they grab Bush and whisk him away? Why did they let Bush sit there and continue reading My Pet Goat?
