Four Star General Fired For Organizing Coup Against Neo-Cons?
Reporter suggests Brynes discovered plan to turn nuke exercise into staged terror attack

Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones | August 10 2005
http://infowars.com/articles/terror/nuclear_terror.htm

The head of Fort Monroe's Training and Doctrine Command, four star general Kevin P. Byrnes, was fired Tuesday apparently for sexual misconduct according to official sources.

Other sources however have offered a different explanation for Byrnes' dismissal which ties in with the Bush administration's unpopular plan to attack Iran and the staged nuclear attack in the US which would provide the pretext to do so.

According to reporter Greg Szymanski, anonymous military sources said that Brynes was the leader of a faction that was preparing to instigate a coup against the neo-con hawks in an attempt to prevent further global conflict.

Indications are that, much like popular opinion amongst the general public, half the military oppose the neo-con's agenda and half support it.

12. Okay, we'll just be sure to believe EVERY conspiracy theory we hear then?
Yeah, that will work.

Anyway, it's possible something like this could happen.

It's also possible that aliens could land a spaceship in New Jersey. I just won't believe it if I have to read about it in Weekly World News.

6. it's probably a lot of tinfoil, and I hope so
because a coup to be "positive" must be backed by the majority of the population and of the armed forces

or else, the coup can fail and the repression can start and be worse than the actual situation, or if the elements in action are more or else equal in support, the result is civil war...

This is within the realm of possibility, but I don't buy this as a "smoking gun."

14. Daily Kos didn't write about it. A reader posted it FROM PRISON PLANET!
Edited on Fri Aug-12-05 05:29 PM by IanDB1
Oh, come on!

Prison Planet almosy on par with Weekly World News.

My personal estimate is there is a 2% chance it's true.

If this is true, we need a legitimate source.

Possible Coup Connection (2.33 / 6)

Another theory about his dismissal is that he was part of a military revolt against the rumored nuclear attack being planned by the administration to go live during an upcoming training exercise in order to set off Cheney's nuclear hit on Iran.

10. Alex Jones was right about 911 and the article while posted on Jones' site
is by another writer:

According to reporter Greg Szymanski, anonymous military sources said that Brynes was the leader of a faction that was preparing to instigate a coup against the neo-con hawks in an attempt to prevent further global conflict

Alex Jones has had interviews with Michael Shrimpton who is former British Secret Service who believes that David Kelly, WMD Inspector was murdered. After the murder of Dr. Kelly, Michael Shrimpton was also interviewed by many in the British press in front page articles.

Jones has also had John DeCamp who wrote about the Franklin Cover-up Scandal with embezzlement of funds for minority businesses and child sex slavery by Larry King who did jail time and John Bonacci a victim finally received a million dollar settlement from Larry King.

There is a very good article on the murder of Menezes, a free lance electrician by the London police who included an IRA soldier according to the Guardian. Many of Jones' interviews and articles are from the Guardian and those interviewed by the Guardian.

It makes sense that at least half of those in the Pentagon, CIA and FBI and even Bilderberg are against this suicidal world dominion plan by Bush/Cheney and the PNAC.

15. The reason they gave for firing him is ridiculous. He was legally
separated when he started to see this woman, and is now heartbeats away from his final divorce. There has to be another reason for them to have removed him.

I wouldn't believe if this was a possibility. How much more can truly Patriotic Military Officers take?

17. lookit german history...
there's general werner von fritsche of the german high command who hitler needed to get rid of as he was already openly questioning the legality of nazi militarism; they trumped up nonsense charges of homosexuality (this was the nazis, who had quite a few sullivans, drudges roves etc and so on in their ranks!) von fritsche was the epitome of upright prussian military bearing, with experience dating from ww1, and he was run down like just g bush runs down stray dogs

19. Knowing all the circumstances and knowing what
they knew, I think there is more to this dismissal than meets the eye. It is like the old "I am taking more time to be with my kids" line. It just does not float.

He has disagreed with the administration I bet, to what degree and with whom might be a good question. We should be looking into what he did exactly, when the affair started, when the Army knew and why did they wait so long to relieve him of command. Many questions need answering in this situation....
