Dick Cheney masterminded 9/11

I used to think this was far-fetched, but now that I've been hearing more about "false blips" and "Northern Vigilance" I'm starting to think that Dick Cheney had the means, motive and opportunity to mastermind 9/11.

Cheney was Commander in Chief on 9/11 calling the shots via Secret Service.

MOTIVE: Peak Oil
9/11 made possible what Dick Cheney called, "The war that won't end in our lifetimes." This is a war that is chasing the last remaining hydrocarbons across the globe. The "war on terror" is in reality an energy war and 9/11 was its pretext.

OPPORTUNITY: 9/11 War Games
Cheney was managing multiple war games and terror drills on 9/11 that paralyzed U.S. Air Force response.

I was shocked to see that Poppy and Cheney met ALONE at the WH on 9/10.

The chimp was AWOL as usual.

I was so shocked by that, I still wonder what in the hell were they doing that night.

This is really quite key to recognizing even just the possibility that the government was complicit. Put another way, Dick Cheney had simultaneous command authority over the military, and training exercizes that day, putting him in the perfect position to create confusion. Spread the word! 5. I've always wondered why this didn't get more attention...

I think that Cheney was complicit in 9/11 at some level, but I have a hard time seeing him as the "maestro". I think more likely Cheney was set-up in some way. He may have been "running" the wargames but what is the evidence he set up the hijackings or remote control drones or whatever you think drove the planes into their targets?

The more I read about PTech the more I believe that someone absolutely could have penetrated the computer systems and known what was what on those screens, but I have a really hard time believing old man Cheney did any of the manipulation. I do believe he knew pretty much what was going on and made damn sure it did get done when he was in that bunker.

Thats where I'm coming from too.Tarpley has it right I believe,the control center was in a secret private domain,away from the government offices.Cheney probably was in the loop with them monitoring the day.

Ptech is a small corporation that makes a special kind of corporate software. It combines risk management and enterprise architecture, and its purpose is surveillance and intervention of business processes. It is a kind of process control software, except that it applies to an entire corporation. It is very exclusive and very expensive software, used by many large corporations and government agencies. It provides complete control over every kind of digital communication that's hooked up to it. It can involve such matters as interoperability between the FAA and NORAD.
The problem with Ptech is, is that it's heavily populated and financed by Saudi's who are also involved in financing of terrorism.

Ptech actually was raided by the FBI at some point, it has since changed its name to "Go Agile" (www.goagile.com).

Amongst Ptech's clients are: IBM, Federal Aviation Agency, Sysco, Motorola, Honeywell, Internal Revenue Service, ABN-AMRO, Sprint, United States Postal Service, House of Representatives, United States Senate, Executive Office of the President, Secret Service, Department of Navy, Air Force, NATO, Mitre, FBI.

I may be mistaken but i think Rupert mentions PROMIS software in Crossing the Rubicon - that is software with similar capabilities as Ptech software, although this kind of software has advanced a lot since PROMIS was the big thing.
