Kerry's secret weapon is the large number of voters the polls aren't picking up that are in Kerry's corner. Most people are focusing on young, first time voters. There's something to that. But don't forget about the millions of foreign-born citizens, particularly the three million naturalized since the last election. Most of the newly naturalized are Hispanic and they'll go overwhelmingly for Kerry. Even those who have been citizens for a while are less likely to be willing to answer polls (language issues, mistrust of giving political opinion to strangers).

I'd give Kerry a 3 point addition to whatever his poll average is on election eve.
