I understand the anger, but what does this have to do with the legality of broadcasting a 40 minute campaign ad before an election?

Isn't this what we attacked the right for? Won't this open us up to hypocrite charges?

I think we're best served to just demand equal time, or if nothing else, adequate time to respond to the documentary. This won't be the first airing of this movie, so if there are any lies, the DNC can easily document them. All it takes is one easily recognized minor distortion and the entire movie can be discredited, and it'll count as a negative against the Bush administration, because the public will associate the broadcast with Karl Rove.
