1. Not just that, but electronic medical records is just "canned"
documentation. As a nurse documents in your medical records,instead of putting in her own words what she has seen and determined from her bedside nursing, instead she selects from "preworded" scenarios. Sucks.

3. Dunno about privacy
but a leading activist for the introduction of IT to the medical system is Paul O'Neill, the Bush-hating ex-Bush commerce secretary.
