3. a Vet called in to an NPR show the other day and said that
even NEEDED surgeries are being held off til 2006, cause they don't have any more MONEY!

Go visit a VA Hospital or nursing home, where they are sent when there is no room, go ask them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
