The rumor has been buzzing all day. And now the AP has the story about Karl Rove's appearance today before the federal grand jury investigating the Plame leak.

4. man, I hope they can nail him on something. If it really did come out of

Cheney's office - Scooter Libby and cohorts too - then they would not have acted without Rove's approval and that means the georgie porgie seal of approval as well.

10. Actually it would be possible if there were truly no political

considerations by prosecutors. Whether or not the Grand Jury votes on an indictment is usually up to the prosecutor - and when the results of the vote are released is also at the discretion of the prosecutor.

7. Media should be all over Rove to ask him if there is anything the

American people should know before the election about his and Bush's involvement in the Plame outing? Of course they won't get a response but they should still ask.
