Arizona Republic Endorses Bush
The largest newspaper in Arizona endorses Bush in Sunday's edition. The title of their editorial is "Recapture The Spirit".

What a bunch of fools.

I could never live in Phoenix.

9. You are so right. But not just funny - incoherent.
I've read it twice as well as the editorial itself and I can't understand it.

11. Good God, they really DID pull it out of their asses.
That has to be the lowest in a long history of spectacular lows for the Republican (which it was called at one time--ah, for truth in advertising).

God how I hate my hometown daily.

The only surprising thing will be what pathetic excuses they could pull out of their asses for doing so.

14. :puke:
:puke:

Immediately following the terrorist destruction on Sept. 11, 2001, Bush was widely hailed for his decisive leadership - for taking steps that truly united the nation.

We would like to see a second term that recaptures that spirit.

WHAT? I guess they should be hoping for another terrorist attack, cause thats the only hope for recapturing that spirit. :puke:

Aren't they owned - at least in part - by the family of Dan Quayle. That would explain a lot of their stupidity.

37. Quoting: "Obviously, Bush has made serious errors in judgment
regarding Iraq. Appalling weaknesses in planning served to hamstring Iraqi reconstruction and gave the terrorists their opportunity to wreak havoc."

Therefore, we should re-elect him.

W for wrong judgments.

W for weaknesses in planning.

Four more years!!!

Plus, the paper's associated with the Quayle family publishing empire.

Again, no surprises.

Gee, what a balanced editorial -- refers to "anti-war activists" and "internationalists."

Also claims Kerry dissed Poland! Maybe someone should remind the right wing that Poland recently announced that it will be pulling out 40% of its **2,500** troops from Iraq in January 2005, and it intends to have them all out by the end of next year.
