So when Kerry wins and four years later....
...people still have the right to own guns, people still get married and reproduce, people will still be allowed to worship, and the UN isn't running everything in the US, what will the republicans who are making such insane claims about what will happen if Kerry wins say to explain that none of predictions came true?

1. It'll make no difference
they made the same kinds of predictions - worse even - against Clinton in '92.

Remember how Clinton's tax increases were supposed to destroy the economy?

4. My guess...
is that if the Republicans are still heading the House that they will spend vast amounts of public money and use every bit of bullying they can to uncover some illegal misstep by President Kerry.

5. They've got their own reality
They'll say anything and everything they can get away with. If it bears no relation to what is truly happening in the world, they don't care.

7. They'll give the Repubs credit for holdig Kerry back-
thereby making a case for returning all exec. and legislative power to them.

8. They'll bring up the failure in Iraq
It will all be Kerry's fault for not being able to pull out of a country that teetered the edge of or fell into the abyss of civil war. He will have 'allowed' Iran to obtain nuclear weapons and 'not made America safer.' He'll be blamed for the recession that will hit when he is elected and the loss of even more jobs overseas. Many of the bubbles percolating to the surface now will burst during his term and he will be blamed.

I think that the next president will be in the office for four years. I dread four more Bush years and the fact that Kerry has to inherit his mess angers me. The spin will be that it is all Kerry and Clinton's fault. Four years of fiscal madness under Bush will be swept under the rug.

Oh yeah, his wife is rich and talks funny.
