Supreme Court! Where is the ad, DNC?

Ron Suskind's NY Times article had another bombshell. Bush is set to appoint one Supreme Court justice immediately after the election and UP TO FOUR by the end of his term.

As a single women, this scares the crap out of me. For instance, Roe vs. Wade is only 2 votes away from being overturned and 30 states are set to take away a women's right to choose. And that is only one consequence of having Bush appoint most of the Supreme Court ....

20 million single women did not vote in 2000. I think we need an ad warning that the next president will appoint up to four supreme court justices ....

Let's go DNC, you should be hammering this all day.

Last paragraph but, the entire article is worth the read.

"Neither President Bush nor John Kerry has said much about Supreme Court nominations, wary of any issue whose impact on undecided voters cannot be readily predicted. But voters have to think about the Supreme Court. If President Bush gets the chance to name three young justices who share the views of Justices Scalia and Thomas, it could fundamentally change America for decades."

4. How could Bush move 3 justices that fast in between Nov 2 and Jan 20?

I just don't see that he could do 3 appointments in that period of time. Hell all the Dems have to do is filibuster him until Kerry shows up then we'll fight for years to appoint them.
