Bush and his entire administration should have done the manly thing on 9/11/01 and resigned, not blaming anyone, accepting full responsibility. No they did not do the honorable thing, did they? What did they do? Take off the shelf the plan to invade Iraq and drum up lies about the pretext for that move.
