Last night (Thursday 10/7) at around 11:15, CSPAN was carrying a LIVE debate on the Souter amendment (I don't know - something to do with Homeland Security) and Katherine Harris was seated two benches behind a group of featured speakers. Clearly she had no idea she was on television, because she was blatantly and undeniably flirting with the lawmaker sitting next to her. Her right leg was jammed up against his left from hip to knee, she was turned into him and leaning into him, tossing her hair, smiling inanely, caressing his left arm - and this went on and on -- easily for twenty minutes. At first I thought, is she DRUNK? But on further consideration, I concluded that she figured a late-night, sparsely-attended debate was the PERFECT place for an assignation. After all, with those tall, staggered benches, no one could see her from behind, and all the people in front of her would be watching the speakers. Except the CAMERAS.

Just in case anyone who may have access to this video did not see this posting before. I just talked to Jan Schneider as I volunteer in her office. She is dying to get a copy of this video. Katherine's ads are killing us and this video would help Jan.

You often see C-span video used in "anti" campaign ads so the video must be somewhere.

There is a debate scheduled for this Friday at 1 pm following a Veterans for Jan rally. Harris has not shown or cancelled the last several debates. She knows she will lose, so she just doesn't show up.

Harri's campaign ads are some of the most negative I've ever seen.

We need that video.
