They relied on Dem caution, Bush "barnstorming" and fraud. This time nothing they have done is reliable, much less a risky adventure. The debate meltdown, the Spanish election are heavily in the balance against a growing despair.

But yes, definitely, they are swiftly building up the straw man Al Zarqo, who has quickly joined Al Qaida and will likely be its head when his own is taken. Actually any head will do to represent this convenient bogeyman even the Iraqis aren't sure even exists.
