Kerry has beat Gore in total newspaper endorsments
Gore got 52 papers

Kerry has 53 and counting. 9 of these went with Bush in 2000.

3. If they are counting the Ft. Worth Star-Telegram, they shouldn't
It was a shollow endorsement at best and can easily be read as a non-endorsement.
