I hate that there are so many (or any) who have died in Iraq and that they are even posted anywhere, but your school sounds like an exceptional place to even allow a peace and justice club. What state are you in? Is this a high school, and has there been a lot of reaction to this kind of openness there? Just curious.

the sponsor of the club is a very respected science teacher. Very quiet and "peaceful"
by the way...he was a CO during Vietnam
This is a High school with multiple fractions of gangs, hell we could put our own countdown of gang deaths and it would be almost as bad.
I haven't seen any reaction yet. There was NO school today, but the club came in to put up the bulletin board
