Just curious, before this election did you watch c-span? |
|
I always thought it was strictly Congressional hearings. Now I know it is much more than that. I never thought I would be watching it on a daily basis, I'm getting burnt out on all this campaigning. Kerry on...thanks to whoever first said that, it's a great line.

2. Yep, I've been watching it forever. Love BookTV |
|
and used to enjoy Washington Journal until it became a horrid version of freeperville.
I wish their website had a schedule that is readable and I certainly have complaints here and there, but damn, it's the best we have. Where else can you see unedited political discourse?

Lots of watching during the run up to the 2000 election, like I do now with this election.

My number one reason for watching is because it's the true "No Spin Zone".

I've been watching since (at minimum) 1985. I've even called in a couple of times and got on the air. :)

11. Heck yes, but never the call-in shows |
|
Well, almost never. If the guest is outstanding and interesting I might watch until they get to the callers.
I love the debates from around the country, and the analysis forums. Anything that gives me a chance to learn something about society/politics I didn't already know.
I knew how to read a newspaper and use a highlight pen decades ago. I'm glad that progam is on while I'm still happily asleep.
