for safety reasons I would do it on the outside
wall around the circumference.

Tobacco is also strong medicine to sprinkle
or let smoke and cleanses both things and people.

I should think a "Hail Mary" and an "Our Father" screamed at the top of your lungs while splashing holy water all around should do it.

I'd wear a Hazmat suit, though. Just in case.
