I never click on any links from trolls/freepers but from second hand info, I am constantly amazed that they never seem to have read the links. Or, on other forums that are not so tightly regulated, they refuse to post their links, instead trying to make the other person do the search for them. Or they give a link to a website where the info is buried.

My impression for the covert freepers - a common theme is disruption and division:

They *never* have an original thought. This is the key to deciding between a curmudgeon and a troll.They may pretend to have original thoughts, but they are always stolen from somewhere else. Always.

Amazingly, no one has accused me of child abuse for dressing my 4 year old in a K/E tee-shirt.
