Can early voting be counted before 11/2? |
|
Is there a guarantee that the early voting totals cannot be seen before election day? It seems that if someone could see that there is a big difference in the early voting tallies, one side or the other could alter their strategy in the last few days before the election. I like the fact that early voting is allowed, because then if people get turned away when they should be allowed to vote, there will be enough time to challenge it and still possibly get to cast their votes. But I only like it if the vote totals are not accessable before election day. I'm not sure how that can be done.

1. You can't count the actual votes but maybe there's a way to 'exit poll' |

Poll a large group of people to find out who has early voted and ask them who they voted for.
