Bush applied but could not get into law school. Kerry got in, graduated.
Law school admissions test intelligence. Critical thinking and analysis skills. Bush had none, so did not get into law school even though he applied. Kerry was admitted, graduated, became a successful prosecutor.

but he couldn't get into a Texas State program while his father was a congressman... 'not enough pull for that fool'...

6. I was going to comment on that too................
it's not like he applied to Harvard Law School and was rejected. TEXAS! That isn't exactly a bastion of judicial excellence. His "gentleman's C,s" must not have impressed the admissions board. You're correct, if he couldn't get into Texas with all of his Daddy's pull the guy is a total loser.
