The Bush administration governs with fear. What affect does this fear have on a person being interviewed for a poll? Might they be more inclined to say they support Bush? Might there be a fear of being seen as unpatriotic? Or worse…a fear of facing some future retribution, such as being locked up without access to the courts?
Is there a fear bias in the polls that favor Bush?
