1. Give it to Dean's "Retire Tom Delay" campaign.
He's pretty central to all of this shit.

9. This is very good...and needs support. and I'm sure others on DU
want to send a last donation to something that immediately affects this election.

This is indeed necessary & something I want to give a separate donation to... http://www.optruth.org/main.cfm

who have yet to make up their minds, YOUR suggestions WILL help where their final donations should go and where they will do the most good, this late (one week) left in the "game"...the DNC, yes, I've truly been leaning that way.

16. We truly don't get many ads here in northern CA...it's liberal and Kerry
has a lock on it. I stopped watching television news about a week before the invasion of Iraq...so I haven't seen hardly any ads what's so ever...except local and moveOn.org from their web site!!!

8. The ACLU, now more than ever!
Edited on Mon Oct-25-04 01:00 PM by theHandpuppet
My gut feeling is that they will have their legal hands full trying to protect us form another theft of this nation's democracy. I finally became a member this year and am glad of it -- I suspect we have many battles ahead. The NeoCons will try to bankrupt any progressive organization via endless legal battles, whether or not they steal another election.

10. Yes, I agree, I just sent money to the Sierra Club & The ACLU via
snail-mail this week-end.

There WILL be a LOT of lawyers needed after it's painfully obvious that Bush stole the election.

http://www.aclu.org/ Folks can join the ACLU and still have money left over for another worthy organization!

BTW, a big hello to all our union brothers and sisters! :) And thanks for your ACLU contribution -- we'll ALL need it!

11. I vote for MoveOn PAC
they have a huge job to do this last week...and a great new ad about bush* looking for the WMDs under his desk, while a real husband dies in Iraq looking for the WMDs. Move On sent out an email asking for donations to get the ad on TV during the last week of the campaigns.

Besides, what in the HELL would we have done without Move On and without Michael Moore?? And, Mike doesn't need your money. Those 2 entities have made this race a true race.

20. kick! donate, du'ers, particularly if you can't physically participate.
any amount you can give, $5, $10, $25, $50, $100, more.

if we all give something, anything, you'd be surprised at how it adds up.

let's not have any regrets that we did not do all that we could, maybe even more than we could. :kick:
