Is it normal for first time voters to have to sign a separate paper?
Someone on another forum asked this question and I never thought about it till they did. Dallas county in Texas they made me sign my name to a separate forum. Is this normal or should we be worried?

3. Texas voting laws only require one signature
Unless there is a challenge or other irregularity (possibly if you don't have your voter i.d. card, but that should not matter with your TDL

4. I had to sign a separate form for early voting; it's to make sure
you don't go vote again on election day.

5. This is normal
First time voters have to sign the first time voter list in addition to the other form.

(I am speaking for Dallas County, I dunno if this is statewide)
