5. Oh it's definitely the trial lawyers
Frickin CNN push poll.


We have a super ad here in Arizona (it is probably nationwide)

A woman is shown discussing her contempt of * wanting to eliminate liability lawsuits and trial lawyers. She is shown discussing that it was not the trial lawyers who mixed up her results, it was not the trial lawyers who diagnosed her with cancer and it was not the trial lawyers who "cut off" her breasts.

Her bold statement is so shocking the first time you hear it. It is such a good defense of why we need a strong tort system to indemnify against horrible abuses that consumers frequently endure.
