WTF?? Another problem with Edwards' plane?
RALEIGH, N.C. - Sen. John Edwards (news - web sites)' campaign plane was forced to return to the Raleigh airport Friday night after a battery in the press cabin caught fire about five minutes after takeoff.

A sound technician for ABC News was changing a 9-volt battery for his sound equipment when it burst into flames in his hands. The technician dropped the battery on a seat, which began smoldering. Secret Service agents immediately came back to the cabin and extinguished the flames.
