5. one more: the love of guns

you love guns: no, you dont just love guns, you think the only reason the govt hasnt turned commie or fascist is because they know you and millions like you have the kind of firepower that makes a coup almost impossible. When them damn misguided libruls interfere with your howitzer purchase, what they are really doing is making it alot more likely that the army and police can take over completely. After all, they want us all disarmed so only they will have guns. Sure , once in a while someone will machine gun a bunch of people, but in the long run, people having lots of guns is good for america.

I've actually heard this stuff from alot of my friends in rural areas. I'm almost at the point where I'd be willing to let guns be regulated on the state level only, so that places like Idaho can have their guns since they love them so much and places like NY where I live can tell people, " look, we are packed in like lemmings here.....NO GUNS! Go to Idaho on vacation and blast away."
