and i'm not talking about your boss yelling at you or your mother in law scolding you, i'm talking about madder than you've ever been ever. like when a lion is biting your throat and you're afraid and you're panicked and then, it hits you: goddammit, fuck this shit, and you reach down into your inner reserves, into your soul itself where the real seething, self preserving anger is, and you find the strength to break the lion's grip and bite his nose with all your soul and strength and anger and he's jerks back stunned, and you make your escape.

anger is in you for a reason. and now is the time to release it. holding it back makes you sick, and eventually kills you.
