Maybe it was the fact that at the gym this morning they had CNN on and those stupid whores (the reporters/analysts, of course, NOT the candidates) were strutting around is if they had ANYTHING of importance to say and acting like I give a rat's a** what they think!

They are such low-lifes. Please don't tell me about any issues, just tell me about the number of sweaters being worn!

Christine Amapour is right--journalism is getting less serious during a dangerous time when it really needs to be serious.

1. Well 9 days later is NH
And then there's Feb 3, then the 9th I think and then... get used to it, we're just getting started!

2. No, because when Iowa is over it means full coverage of the SOTU
and I am NOT looking forward to that! In all seriousness, I am jittery about Iowa and can't wait to see who get the 3 tickets out. Tuesday should be an exciting day for some people, but it will be trumped with more lies from moran.

3. It's just that we have to listen to such crap from these "journalists"
I can see how it turns people off--the media is largely the problem for voter apathy.

4. They harp on the most inane issues. That is why I am not prepared
for the bu$h lovefest Tuesday evening until God knows when. I hope that the democratic nominee is able to recapture the essence of media and say just enough to keep people interested and shape the debate but not cross the fine line of becoming a target of the media.

You know, now that * and his policies are going to be in the spotlight for the rest of year, and he is going to have to answer for them, there is a strong chance he will look utterly foolish. He got a pass in 2000 for being "misunderestimated". He doesn't have that to fall back on this time around. This time it is "accountable".

Maybe there is hope yet. As for right now, I'm with you. It's crap.

6. I can't wait til we have our nominee!!
The last few nasty weeks have left the field looking ugly to me. I don't like a lot of these candidates very well at all anymore. There are some I dread voting for more than others and I really want to settle down into trying to get used to the idea. For some of these guys, I am going to have to WORK on finding their positive qualities to balance against the bad taste I have from watching some of their campaigns.

7. Can't they just have a freaking primary and be done with it? If I see one
more story explaining how a caucus is run I'm going to :puke:, I'm more glad than ever that Clark is NOT campaigning in Iowa, 'cause I would actually sit through the "news pieces" on the caucus then. Now I can just make a disgusted noise and turn the channel.

8. Don't have time for that, NH is next!
Who knows, perhaps come May you will all be talking about the race because it is still undecided. You are welcome to our primary! Now, how many candidates will have their names on the ballot--deadline is February 9.
