27. If you look at the DC Bar web site and search by firm name or by attorney
name, you find no "Cynthia Butler" registered to practice law in DC and no firm by that name in DC either.

Feel free to check the PA, NJ, and CA Bar sites too, but I think that's all you need to know to be sure that this letter is BS.

19. Is too late for Dems to Unnominate him?
I hope he is laying back, just waiting for his carefully planned fraudbusters strategy to unfold and then in few more days he'll spring into action and save the day for Murka.

I don't believe it though.

23. And in the unlikely circumstance that Kerry would want to un-concede
Isn't there only a small window of oppertunity in which to unconcede, and if so, hasn't it already passed?

I heard one of my friends telling me that it was 'way too late' for Kerry to do so. Is he right?

25. Nothing about a concession is legally binding
The "presidential" votes aren't technically for the candidates themselves, but for a slate of partisan electors. If 270 of those electors decided to vote for Badnarik, we would have President Badnarik in January.

what's the point of a concession?
