I still don't see the election fraud....

And I brace myself for the onslaught.

So far, the only piece of "evidence" that is at all intriguing is the huge gap between the alleged exit poll in NH giving Kerry a 15-point lead and Kerry's 1-point win. And frankly, I simply can't imagine a world where Kerry ever had a 15-point lead in traditionally conservative New Hampshire.

Otherwise, the Florida "look at the county registration numbers" story is useless since those counties have been voting Republican for a generation. The Ohio "there are more votes than voters" story has been proven to be wrong.

So, aside from the exit poll in NH (which, again, had to be conducted by a drunk), what are we looking at here that I should be excited about?

16. CAN YOU ADD? WHAT IS 1 + 1 ?
Computer programs are in many ways as simple as that.

In any case where the total number of votes is greater than the total number of voters you have clear evidence of a flawed program or fraud. A programming error is "easy" to find and fix. The problem would also show up on every machine that uses the program. This kind of problem is very unlikely. Fraud is a much more likely possibilty.

2. i don't know if those FL counties have been voting solidly
republican for that long. it looks like only two voting cycles (2000 and 2004) to me and then it was fairly even. but the jump in the last two cycles and between the 2000 and 2004 is dramatic in some cases...i wish i could find those number, but can't right now. anyway, i suppose it's possible that there was a huge increase in support for bush in both elections, i just don't buy it. of course, i ran out of kool-aid some months ago...

4. Then you aren't looking.
What do you want, the Repugs to admit it? Do you think it has all played out and there was no fraud?

Save it for a month from now.

5. Nope nothing to see here
Karen Hughes told Bush in the afternoon that he had lost in a landslide. Counties in Florida with Dem registrations at or above 83% overwhelmingly voted for Bush in this time of historic Dem turnout. We have counties in Ohio that have more votes then registered voters. Move along nothing to see here, keep it moving. Bush won fair and square.

PS: Speaking of Florida I have some wonderful swamp land for sale if you are interested.

7. Exit polls are accurate where there's a paper trail, off where there isn't
That's the big flashing red light. All discrepancies benefit Bush. All voting machine companies are Republican controlled.

Looking at expectations based on registration or previous voting is very easy to dismiss, since it's all conjecture. Seeing a clear and consistent pattern--especially in Florida and Ohio--of exit polling being a spot-on predictor in virtually all situations where the vote can be verified, yet WAAAAAY off, and always in Junior's favor where it can't is damning. It's beyond being a statistical anomaly.

What's so hard to see here?

This always happens. At first, there are suspicious people... And then evidence (not yet conlcusive, admittedly, but conclusive enough to warrant an investigation) is presented, but they go on and on saying the same things they were saying in the first place -- as if nothing has been said in the meantime.

I was, too, one of the suspicious people originally.

Find some Bev Harris' and Ida Briggs' threads. Watch Keith Olbermann tonight. And watch this segment, from last night: http://home.comcast.net/~hugh.moore/countdown_on_voting_irregs.wmv

12. Yeah... just ignore...
The nearly 200,000 phantom votes cast in Florida (where the number of votes cast outnumbered the people who showed up to the polls).

Ignore the same in Ohio (number of votes not yet know, but over 4,000 extra votes for bush CONFIRMED in Franklin County).

Ignore the 4,500 votes that vanished in NC.

Ignore the machines that started counting backwards in Broward.

Just ignore this webpage, cataloging just SOME of the many problems that have beenfound. http://ideamouth.com/voterfraud.htm

Yeah, you are right, there is just nothing to see here.

15. How about 8000+ ballots bring cast in a precinct with 450 reg voters?
The Ohio election is all f'd up.

http://www.therandirhodesshow.com/todays_show.html

Each precinct in Cuyahoga County, Ohio
Highlighted areas represent 90% (very VERY unlikely) and higher (up to 1160.78%) voter TURN-OUT! 30 are above 100%
Calculated from data on county page - http://boe.cuyahogacounty.us/BOE/results/currentresults1.htm
