Instead of capitulating.

You will soon be irrelevant if you keep this up.

Randi Rhodes and Mike Malloy will leave you in the dust.

1. Air America "ecosystem"
I'm pretty sure their goal is a financial one; cover as much of the liberal spectrum as possible to maximize profits. Gays, blacks, whites, clinton centrist types, dean left leaners, etc. They all get a different show segment. There is no cohesive "message" or "values" across all the shows.

3. I , for one, have no problem with that.
If we're a big tent, we gotta take 'em all on.

My favorite is rarely mentioned on DU: "Unfiltered."

And I'm a white, straight, 45 year old female.

2. The count doesn't have to be FRAUD for it to be WRONG.
First, let's get it right.
Maybe we'll find deliberate manipulation......

4. Precisely, and I think even Franken has embraced the fact that
the counts could be wrong.

I don't think we'll get anywhere accusing deliberate feraud without concrete proof (and I mean irrefutable proof) but it does bear a careful investigation.

5. At first I understood...
... but now there is just too much to ignore... Even if it all turns out to be untrue (doubtful), he is OUR mouthpiece... He is supposed to be representing the liberal voices out there, not protecting his chances at Senate...

The thing that bothers me the most about Franken right now is, when he does finally discuss it or has a guest discussing it, do you notice the condescending attitude? The smirk in his voice?

That is so hurtful to me... I realize he's on the conservative end of the spectrum but does he have to discount us so easily? Is it that beyond the realm of reality for him to believe this could happen after all he's seen? I just don't understand it...

7. On yesterday's show, he did appear to come around to agreeing there
was some errors made, but he won't ever call it fraud.

Fraud is a big, nasty word that will turn many reasonable people away. There is certainly evidence for this skeptic to believe that something went terribly wrong, but FRAUD carries a connotation I'm not willing to embrace right now, myself.

6. He has discussed it.
Al is not going to be irrelevant. He's the best frigging thing to happen to the left in a very long time. He's done a million times more good than Randi Rhodes or Mike Malloy.

8. yeah, if the reverse had happened on 11/2,
and the GOP had been cheated out of the WH, there would be loud bitching 24/7. I haven't listened to Al much since the election becuase I was pretty sure his whining would piss me off even more. Randi & Malloy, OTOH, are more what we need in this situation, IMO.

election fraud. It could certainly throw this nation into chaos and possible civil war. While I have been entertained by Franken I would not describe him as a demonstrably courageous figure. Maybe he is and I am too insensitive but at this time I think not.
