He's obviously so umbrella-challenged, I think they were reluctant to let him hold one. He made Pickles hold it, and fussed at her a couple of times to lift it higher. At one point I thought he might take it from her and hold it for her, but nooo...he was just telling her to hold it higher for him. Later I noticed somebody had given him one, too.

Speaking of umbrellas -- everybody's were colliding, as they tend to do, except there's a beautiful picture of the Carters where their two umbrellas are sort of perfectly nestled together. It was sweet.
