Any foriegn country that tried to arrest a sitting U.S. President would regret it in fairly short order. Bush is the U.S.'s problem and Canada is happy to leave him that way.

This is sort of like saying Bush should be impeached. That may be true, but with the House under the control of Tom DeLay, it's simply not going to happen.
