Since there is no way the PTB in the DNC will allow a Dean chairmanship, if the Senate and House minority leaders would embrace Howard Dean as the official Democratic SAKAL (Strategist and Ass Kicker At Large), this party could actually go somewhere.

For more information about why Dean needs to be our official SAKAL and how William Kristol was the original Republican SAKAL, click this link:

1. Dean doesn't need Dem leaders permission to be a SAKAL
He is the de facto Democratic SAKAL.

Whether or not Dean runs again in 2008, I will support DFA over DNC so that we can turn the tide against the Repukes and Repuke-lite Dems.

2. I hear ya, all of my political donations will be going to DFA from now on
Noit a thin dime to any DNC fundraiser. No money to local Democratic Party orgnaizations (I live in Illinois and that would support Daley Machine Politics).

DFA ALL THE WAY!!!!

3. Hey, I was born in Chicago, IL and grew up near Kankakee
before moving to CT in 1983.

What town in IL do you live in?

As far as Daley, he did support Howard Dean and still does believe that Howard, not Kerry, was on the right track, so you may want to keep an eye on Daley, in case he supports a Dem that you may like.

5. When I was a member of the Kankakee Pilots Associate, we visited Aurora's
airspace command center. It was neat, but I don't think that I could ever do their job.
