2008 and Beyond...
After reading a thread about how Kerry has not earned the right to be the 2008 democratic nominee, I got thinking. Who on the Republican side would even stand a chance of getting your vote? Here is a brief list of some possible 2008 Republican candidates. Please add on comments, and new candidates.

2008 Republican Candidate Possibilities

Colin Powell: Way to stick your neck out for Bush instead of for the country when you knew the truth. Not getting my vote.

John McCain: Bush and his cronies pissed on your reputation and family in 2000, but you still support him. He acts tough on terror, but supports using our money for efforts that will not lower the terror threat. Not getting my vote.

Bill Frist: Uhh yeah right, besides being ultra-conservative this guy is just flat out creepy. Not getting my vote.

Ah-nold(given constitutional amendment): Can't pronounce the name of the state he governs. Not getting my vote.

Tack on your own comments on the candidates for 2008.

1. Let me tell you....
I was born in Puerto Rico and (unless I'm mistaken) I can't (if I wanted to) run for President because I was born in a Commonwealth (can u believe it?) of the US.

If there letting him run, then I'm gonna run for President of Austria, cause that's bulls**t.

He came into the country as a bodybuilder, banged a bunch of chicks either in or out of mutual consent, and married a Kennedy. And he's a Republican!

Powell? He was under Bush's thumb and that shows how of man he could be. So what about if he ran it himself? The only thing different would be probably less casualties in war.

2. Jeb Bush
dubya's smarter brother. Still dumb as a sock of rocks.

Let's not give up on 2004 yet.

3. Woah
How could I have forgotten Jeb! Can you imagine having a president nicknamed "Jeb". It would be even more painful than reruns of the Beverly Hillbillies.

Yikes...

5. Bingo.
I have no doubt Jeb will run, and probably be the Republican nominee. Depending who we nominate he stands a good chance of winning. Then, if we end up with 8 years of him, I think George P. Bush will be old enough to run...
