Who will Gephardts support go to in NH if he doesn't bother to drop out? |

I doubt we'll see a concession/drop out speech from Gephardt tonight
but that's just my hunch, because he probably still has some cash to burn
but nobody in NH will look at him as a viable candidate, so his 5 percent has to go somewhere
