Whose gonna pull his nuts out of the fire this time ??
For his entire life, there has always been someone there to throw him a life raft or to loan him some money when he needed it. Or to give him a job on a Board of Directors. Or to get him in the National Guard when he was threatened by Vietnam. Or to clear his records when he screwed up.

But now, he has just about run out of tricks and not even Poppy can rescue him. He has bullshit his way thru his entire life and he has become very good at it. However, just around the bend, the road is washed out and there is no turning back. He has really done it right this time.

He has our nation stuck in a god-awful quagmire in Iraq with more than 1200 dead Americans and still counting. He has spent every penny in the US Treasury just like it was his little piggy bank that he broke when he was in the fourth grade. On top of all that, he has found away to piss off the entire world. And there is no buddy of Poppy's and no amount of money or influence can rescue him from this mess he has created. And the clock is ticking........

Edited on Fri Dec-03-04 01:55 AM by Viva_La_Revolution
Have you seen his behavior lately? All twitchy, and slow and.. ok he's always twitched and fumbled. He's deteriorating. He'll end up in a home, drooling and calling the nurse "Rovie", bellowing for his meds...:eyes: betcha!

2. I c aught a glimpse of Bush today...he looked...bloated and
like he was aging fast. Blotchy or freckled skin, but very puffy...

He must be on some sort of medication to look like that....

6. In Canada, at the 2 podium press conference.
Looked like funeral make-up. Like a death mask.

Creepy as hell.

8. i seriously think he has come down with some kind of disease
i guess before the election one could say it was the stress and nervousness of the upcoming election. but it seems things have gotten worse with him.

it's not the usual aging that many presidents go through as clinton did. while clinton did get more white hair he still had a certain youthfulness, energy, etc to him. he was older, but he still looked great.

bush looks like disgusting shit.

24. Welcome to opiate addiction, my friend
as devastating in it's own way as alcohol and cocaine. I actually think that someone else addicted him to this one. I don't feel too sorry for him though, you plays, you pays.

12. No. I want to see a picture of him
entering a plane, turning back to wave farewell, with a headline that screams, I AM NOT A CROOK, in about a year.

is a scary possibility.....but it is a distinct possibility.

4. so far, just blatant lies told by his handlers
have kept his nuts out of the conflagration he has already created.

The CIA- and DOD-infiltrated corporate media seem perfectly happy to continue this trend.

9. With Ohio looming...
can you imagine the stress he is under?
Getting operatives to help Blackwell change 8 million records over the weekend, making sure it's all straight and matching the hackers changes, which were scribbled on napkins...

changing fake votes for real ones, IT'S HARD WORK.

The shit is going to boil over and shrub is going to have to decide whether or not to seize power with force or get the hell out.

10. Sorry, but his tiny nuts are as safe as ever. The nannies, the media,
the money, the wingnuts - everything is in place - firmer than ever.
While your scenario is karmic and satisfying, i just don't believe it. I've been through too many : selection, pet goat, Enron, Harkin, Plame, WMD, Chalabi, stolen explosivem second stolen election to believe that there's any chink in the empire.
Didn't stop fighting - just hoping.
The corruption and incompetence seem to be paying offf nicelly to the thugs.

11. Your assessment is sadly correct-they have cemented their
grip on our government- It's not just the Chimp- we are now governed by a band of corporate/theocratic fanatics. I'm afraid it will have to get a lot worse before the sheeple wake up in large enough numbers that would make it impossible to steal a close election.

14. Yep, They keep skating by on everything
Everytime a scandal seems to be brewing, someone (most notably, the "librul' media") drops the ball and everyone seems to forget. I am just too jaded at this point. The Bush administration is so powerful and corrupt that they can get away with anything.

15. How Much I Would Love to Believe This . . .
But apparently most people just don't care what he does. After four years of lies, turning back the clock on environmental protection, a war without a cause, awful and inappropriate appointments, and the manipulation of the 9/11 terrorism as justification for EVERYTHING, my hope has diminished.

17. They were able to save him in the past...
but the obstacles and mistakes this time are so huge and so overwhelming, this is just a little more serius than hoping that by sending him to Alabama, we can get rid of the problem. He has created a mess so huge it cannot be swept under the rug and none of his friends will be able to cover for him - not even the media.
