Will Arnie run again????
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?file=/gate/archive/2004/11/22/jnelson.DTL

>>Schwarzenegger told CNN's Larry King last week that he has to decide whether to run again by next spring. Last July, Lockyer told a group of supporters that Schwarzenegger had informed him several times that he doesn't plan on running for re-election. According to The Chronicle, Lockyer said, "Don't repeat this, but Arnold Schwarzenegger is not going to run again, and the race is only mine to lose." <<

Could this be a dream come true????

I'd love it if that jerk didn't run.

2. Part of creating the "buzzz" I remember articles like this leading to
his little recall arrangement as well. Who cares? It's not like votes count for shit anyway.

3. Nope, Ah-nuld won't run again
He got in while people's attention was divided by about 300 different things all going on at once during the recall. Running for re-election, he'd be subject to (one hopes) the same sort of scrutiny normally accorded any major party candidate, and many of his broken promises would be brought back to haunt him.

How's that investigation going into the charges of your womanizing, Arnie? Why aren't taxes lower? You've looked at the books, haven't you? Where are all the spending cuts that as a candidate you knew could be made? Why haven't you terminated all the girly men in the California State Assembly, and shoved your program through?

Big talk, little deeds. Go back to Hollywood, Mr. Schwarzenegger.
